Brothers on Business
A safe and impactful community for Black male entrepreneurs.
A safe and impactful community for Black male entrepreneurs.
Brothers on Business was created to address a real and recurring gap: too many Black male entrepreneurs are building in isolation—without consistent access to community, resources, or rooms where real opportunity exists.
While talent, ambition, and vision are abundant, access often is not. Brothers on Business was founded to create intentional, safe, and affirming spaces for growth and engagement, where Black men of all backgrounds and lived experiences can connect, be seen, and build without having to code-switch, explain themselves, or shrink who they are.
This isn’t about surface-level networking. It’s about belonging, accountability, and collective elevation—so no one has to build alone.

Laquente “Que” Jackson is a media entrepreneur, community builder, and nonprofit founder committed to creating intentional spaces where Black men can grow personally, professionally, and collectively. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Que now calls Atlanta home, where he has spent years building platforms centered on storytelling, empowerment, and access.
As the founder of Brothers on Business, Que created the organization in response to a gap he consistently observed: Black male entrepreneurs and professionals often had the ambition and talent, but lacked safe, affirming spaces for connection, resource sharing, and honest conversation. Brothers on Business was born to meet that need—offering curated experiences that prioritize brotherhood, accountability, collaboration, and long-term impact.
Beyond Brothers on Business, Que is the visionary behind BLK Talk Media, a conversation-based platform amplifying personal journeys, professional wisdom, and community dialogue. Through interviews, live events, and digital storytelling, he has helped spotlight entrepreneurs, creatives, nonprofit leaders, and change-makers from across the country.
Que is known for his ability to connect people with intention—bringing the right voices into the room, fostering meaningful dialogue, and encouraging men to show up fully in both business and life. His work consistently centers on legacy, service, and community uplift, with a strong belief that when Black men are supported holistically, families, businesses, and communities thrive.
Through Brothers on Business, Que continues to lead with purpose—building bridges, cultivating opportunity, and reminding brothers that success is greater when it’s shared.
